Service Description

90-minute Private yoga sessions for all ages are customized specifically for you to help you move toward your goals. Sessions to include 75 mins of Yoga/Ayurveda philosophy, asana, savasana/yoga nidra, pranayama, mantra, mudra and 15 mins meditation in custom icosahedron. Sessions available to start anytime throughout the year. Contact Maryann at 224-735-0179 to book your private session today! Clients can pay the entire amount either online or in-person. To pay in-person at your appointment, select the "Pay Now" option then select "pay onsite".

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Healthy Spirals Yoga Ayurveda Meditation ​ Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. It would be greatly appreciated if you could cancel at your earliest convenience to offer another the opportunity to book a session. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. ​ Groupon vouchers are subject to redemption for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time slot and for all no-show appointments. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
