Ten-week sessions are offered each season – Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter - to attune you to the natural rhythms unique to each season. The Spring Ayurveda series of classes, Healthy Spirals Together is focused on making healthier lifestyle choices together. The goal is to have people assess their current state of balance or health according to Ayurveda based on their output and modify their behavior for improved health and healing. Class is on Saturdays from 10am to noon and open to all ages and on Thursdays from 4pm-6pm for Teens.
A variety of group yoga classes are available for adults, teen and children.
The Spring series is perfect for beginners and those looking to start or ease back into a regular routine.
